I've had my Twitter account for about a year. But started getting serious about using it professionally about 2 months ago. I use it for one of my websites, a blog and a new site using it to share newsworthy tweets. I have a Facebook page but I believe there's so much marketing potential with Twitter. MyVolunteer.com is online tracking of volunteers for both politcal campaigns and non-profits. I intend to intergrate it into the site to help people find volunteers. With my Blog I use it to notify others when I post something new or even share an older post with my followers. My newest site is TweepleNews.com which is tied to my Twitter account TweepleNews. The site displays tweets from Breaking News and other various news topics. It also lets the user create their own news Tweets. I use Twitter to send out Breaking News that Tweeple might be tweeting about and fun topics.DJ
