I wonder if you've considered having a series of questions that you ask each guest in addition to the more individualized or customized questions based on the specific interview or responses from the person being interviewed.

For example is might have been useful to ask Shashi Bellamkonda what Network Solutions hoped to achieve by having a Twitter account. By sending out announcements, what result are they looking for. And what metrics are they using to determine whether they are meeting their goal. And what data do they have that indicates the goals are being achieved.

I think these questions would add a continuity to the interviews, generate "comparable data" over time, and help listeners formulate their own answers to these questions. In addition you could use the answers to pose questions to other you interview in later podcasts.
